Regina Vaccari, APR is a multi-faceted public relations expert with more than 23 years of dynamic experience in the field. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and serves as principal consultant to our clients. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Regina has called Nevada home for nearly two decades. She’s a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno’s Reynolds School of Journalism and sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the YMCA of Southern Nevada. She’s also a member of PRSA’s Las Vegas Valley Chapter and holds an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR). In January of 2024, Regina received a Pinnacle Award from PRSA Las Vegas Valley for PR Practitioner of the Year.
Danny Bihary
Project Manager
Danny Bihary offers our team and our clients a full spectrum of support, overseeing strategic projects from conception to completion. He brings more than 10 years of project leadership and process development experience from his previous roles in the aerospace and health care industries. Danny ensures projects are done efficiently, effectively and on-time while maximizing the use of available resources and developing new ones. He specializes in propelling initiatives forward, anticipating future needs, evaluating results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Abby Vicario
Graphic Designer
Abby Vicario, a Las Vegas native, holds a degree in graphic design from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a professional background in startup tech, health care and freelance design. She uses her creative insight to craft captivating designs for our clients’ marketing campaigns, website development, logos, iconography, brand identity, social graphics, e-blasts, event materials, flyers, brochures and more.
Carolyn Brinkwirth
Digital Marketing Coordinator
With nearly five years of experience in marketing and communications, Carolyn Brinckwirth manages digital marketing and social media strategies for our clients. She brings a fresh perspective and a refined skill set from her work in higher education, legal, health care, and financial services to help our clients with a variety of communications tactics such as developing digital strategies, implementing social media plans, collecting and reporting analytics, and providing creative direction.
Heather Fleming
Communications Intern
Originally from Reno, Nevada and raised in Seattle, Washington, Heather Fleming has spent more than 10 years conquering the cosmetology industry as a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician and practicing instructor. Seeking a new challenge in 2023, she joined the team as a communications intern redirecting her skills in client relations and project coordination to a new frontier. Her role focuses on competitor audits and analysis, event coordination and media monitoring.
